When Lenora became Lenny

If you could have something named after you, what would it be?

It would have to be a song.

As a matter of fact, there is a song called Lenny by the late blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan. And what a great song (instrumental) it is too.

Unfortunately, it’s not named after me. I’m tickled, nonetheless.

The song is in honor of his wife, Lenora. Incidentally, Vaughan also named one of his guitars Lenny, and is played by him in that very song.

It would be nice, though, if another song is named after me, but it would absolutely have to be a protest song.
